AWESOME Staff!
The staff has been awesome in helping me relocate here. Haven't been here long, but had a small issue with my water heater ... leaking. I called Stephanie around 10 am. Prompt Maintenance
I have. been residing at The Davis for almost two months. So far my experience has been great. Carlos, Isaiah and David ... are so prompt, far and fast, hands down. They even clean up their mess! Happy camper add on
I failed to mention in my first review, if you’re worried about bugs don’t be. I have not seen a single roach, water, bug, ... Aunt, or fly lol. But if I ever did, I know that they have extermination that I can sign up for every week they are pet, friendly, and though the complex is large they don’t short you on having great service when needed. Thank you for having me. I’m super excited being here and plan to stay as long as I can. If you’re looking to move here, do it! You won’t be disappointed (unless you are looking for a penthouse). Happy camper
This is the second apartment complex that I’ve lived in since I’ve been here in Huntsville almost a year and a half ago. ... Let me say, The Davis has absolutely put peace back into my life. Not only does it have everything I need in order to live comfortably, it also has great Maintance, the staff is very friendly, and they have an open door policy. The grounds are always clean, no piled up trash like you see at other complexes and the noise level is unbeatable. It’s so dang gone quiet sometimes I wonder if anybody else lives here besides me lol I would recommend living here to anybody that asks. If you get turned down, don’t fret they have a program called one app. This is the program I went through in order to get approved.
